I'm still at my 10 pound loss so I think going to the gym and getting into some cardio, weights.... Maybe some Zumba would help a lot. If still like to be around 250 before I see my husband again.so 20 pounds to go. I'm feeling good and hoping I can keep the depression at bay. Staying busy, doing reviews, spending time with my boys, my dog, plenty of video chats with the handsome husband, reading.... Life is something for sure. I just want to do it the best I can. ✌🏻️
